A class-action lawsuit was filed against Amplify Snack Brands for allegedly misleadingly listing evaporated cane juice as an ingredient in Paqui Tortilla Chips – including the Roasted Jalapeño and Grilled Habanero flavors – when the ingredient is actually sugar.
