Philadelphia Federal Credit Union

In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Philadelphia Federal Credit Union for allegedly misleadingly representing that the credit union charges only one insufficient funds fee on a single transaction when, according to the complaint, the credit union charges a fee every time that a rejected transaction is reprocessed for payment resulting in multiple fees on a single transaction.
