April 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

January 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against POM Wonderful, LLC and Roll International Corporation for allegedly misleadingly marketing POM tea beverages, including POM Pomegranate Lychee Green Tea and POM Pomegranate Peach Passion White Tea. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the marketing campaign for the beverages makes misleading antioxidant claims – such as that the tea is an “Antioxidant Super Tea,” is “one of nature’s original antioxidants,” and contains the “antioxidant goodness of pomegranate” – without specifying the antioxidants in the beverages, as required by federal regulations. In addition, the complaint alleges that the companies falsely claim that green tea is an antioxidant. (Alduey et al v. POM Wonderful, LLC and Roll International Corp., Case No. 15-cv-00206, S. D.
