Prices at Frontier Communications

In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Frontier Communications for allegedly misleadingly marketing consumers a two-year deal for high-speed internet and two phone lines for $89.99 a month when, according to plaintiffs, the company charges consumers a higher price for the services. (Mahboubian et al v. Frontier Communications Corp. et al, Case No. 20-cv-1255, C. D. Cal.)
