Pringles® Salt and Vinegar Chips

November 2018: A federal judge dismissed the breach of warranty and injunctive relief claims in this case but other claims will move forward.

April 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kellogg Company for allegedly falsely labeling Pringles® Salt and Vinegar chips as containing “No Artificial Flavors” when, according to the plaintiffs, the chips contain artificial ingredients. (Marotto et al v. Kellogg Company et al, Case No. 18-cv-3545, S. D. NY.)
