April 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice.

March 2019: This case was transferred to federal court. (Case No. 19-cv-212, W.D. Ky.)

February 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Gannett Co. (a media company that sells subscriptions to newspapers) for allegedly promising new customers that they will pay reduced rates for promotional subscriptions for a specific period of time when, according to the complaint, the company increases the monthly rates before the promotional period ends. (Costello et al v. Gannett Co., Inc., Case No. 19-CI-1188, Kentucky State Court – Jefferson County)
