Pure Protein

In November 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against United States Nutrition for allegedly deceptively using slack-filled packaging for Pure Protein products. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the containers are nearly 40% empty space. (Matic et al v. United States Nutrition Inc., Case No. 18-cv-9592, C.D. Cal.)
