Qualitest Multi-Vitamin with Fluoride Chewable Tablets

June 2017: A federal judge granted final approval of the settlement agreement. According to its terms, class members may receive a cash award in an amount that depends on several factors, including how much of the product they purchased and how many other class members submit valid claim forms. August 2016: The parties informed the Court that they have reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

March 2016: A false advertising class-action lawsuit originally filed against Endo Health Solutions in 2015 and amended in March 2016 alleges that Qualitest Multi-Vitamin with Fluoride Chewable Tablets contain less than 50% of the amount of fluoride that is represented on the product labels. (Mahoney et al v. Endo Health Solutions, Inc. et al, Case No. 15-cv-9841, S. D. NY.)
