Qualitest Multi-Vitamin with Fluoride Chewable Tablets

June 2017: A federal judge granted final approval of the settlement agreement. According to its terms, class members may receive a cash award in an amount that depends on several factors, including how much of the product they purchased and how many other class members submit valid claim forms.

August 2016: The parties informed the Court that they have reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

July 2016: A federal judge dismissed some of the claims made against Endo Health Solutions, but the false advertising claims will continue to move forward. To learn more about the dismissed and continuing claims, click here.

March 2016: A false advertising class-action lawsuit originally filed against Endo Health Solutions in 2015 and amended in March 2016 alleges that Qualitest Multi-Vitamin with Fluoride Chewable Tablets contain less than 50% of the amount of fluoride that is represented on the product labels. (Mahoney et al v. Endo Health Solutions, Inc. et al, Case No. 15-cv-9841, S.D.N.Y.)
