Ralph Lauren’s Polo V-Neck Pullover Sweater

In February 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ralph Lauren Corp. for allegedly falsely representing that its Polo V-Neck Pullover Sweater is “100% Pima Cotton” when, according to the complaint, independent testing revealed that the sweater is less than 7% pima cotton. (Carter et al v. Ralph Lauren Corp., Case No. 21-cv-1202, S.D.N.Y.)
