Rewards Points on the Gap Credit Cards
In December 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against the Gap, Banana Republic, and Synchrony Bank for allegedly falsely representing that customers can accumulate rewards points on their Gap credit cards without disclosing that the defendants wipe out reward points in certain situations, such as when credit cards are replaced due to loss or fraud.
