RockTape

In July 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Tumbleweed and Implus Footcare for allegedly falsely advertising a kinesio tape called RockTape as being able to treat injuries, enhance performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve pain when, according to the plaintiffs, scientific evidence does not support such claims and the tape does not work as advertised. (DeLaMora et al v. Tumbleweed f/k/a RockTape, Inc. and Implus Footcare LLC, Case No. 19-cv-3865, N. D. CA.)
