Rubbermaid Ice Coolers

In January 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Rubbermaid for allegedly deceptively marketing that ice stays frozen in its ice coolers for four to seven days when, according to plaintiffs, such claims are not true. (Turk et al v. Rubbermaid Inc., Case No. 21-cv-270, S.D.N.Y.)
