August 2020: This case was transferred from state court to federal court. (Case No. 20-cv-1068, E.D. Mo.)

June 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Panera Bread Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing Saint Louis Bread Company products – including breads, pastries, cookies, soups, bagels, sandwiches, and beverages – as “clean” products that do not contain artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavors, and colors when, according to plaintiffs, they do.
