Sales on J. Crew Factory Website

In December 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against J. Crew for allegedly representing products on the Factory website are sold at significant discounts when, according to the complaint, products are designed for the Factory website and they are actually being sold at their ordinary retail price. (The complaint was amended in May 2017.) (Delman et al v. J. Crew Group, Inc., J. Crew International, Inc., and Millard Drexler, Case No. 16-cv-9219, C. D. CA.)
