June 2022: The Court preliminarily approved a settlement agreement. For more information, go to http://www.boohoocapricingsettlement.com/.

May 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Nastygal.com for allegedly deceptively advertising sales on clothing, accessories, and other items by comparing discounts off of artificially inflated reference prices to make consumers believe they are getting a significant discount. Plaintiffs also claim that the company’s website misleadingly represents that sales are for a limited time when, according to the complaint, the sales run on most days. (Lee et al v. Nastygal.com USA Inc. and Boohoo Group PLC, Case No. 20-cv-4659, C.D. Cal.)
