May 2014: This action was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

February 2014: class-action lawsuit was filed against The Hain Celestial Group for allegedly misleadingly representing its products – including Sensible Portions Garlic and Chive Pita Bites, Sensible Portions Black Olive Feta Pita Bites, and Sensible Portions Original Salt Pita Bites – are “all natural” when they actually contain unnatural, synthetic and/or artificial ingredients. (Batalla et al v. The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., Case No. 14-cv-80246, S. D. FL.)
