Simple Truth Coconutmilk

In March 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Kroger Co. for allegedly misleadingly marketing Simple Truth Coconutmilk (a drink made up of coconut oil and water) as healthy when, according to plaintiffs, the drink is unhealthy because it contains dangerous amounts of saturated fat and added sugar, which may cause heart disease and other health problems. (Grausz et al v. The Kroger Co., Case No. 19-cv-449, S. D. CA.)
