Snack Packs of Chocolate Fudge Pudding
In June 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Conagra Brands for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its Snack Packs of Chocolate Fudge Pudding are “Made With Real Milk” when, according to the complaint, none of the ingredients in the pudding meet the FDA’s definition of “milk.” Instead, according to the plaintiffs, the pudding contains nonfat milk and palm oil, which is allegedly a cheaper and less nutritious replacement for the fat in milk.
