Starbucks Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink

In February 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Starbucks Coffee Company for allegedly falsely advertising that the flavor in Starbucks Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink comes from vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list shows that the flavor comes from unspecified “Natural Flavor.” (Skalubinski et al v. Starbucks Coffee Company, Case No. 21-cv-10197, D. Mass.)
