February 2019: Plaintiffs filed a Second Amended Class Action Complaint.

February 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed alleging that StubHub misleadingly advertises low ticket prices without properly disclosing and including its “service and delivery fees.” Plaintiffs also claim that StubHub misleadingly names the additional fees “service and delivery fees,” when according to the complaint, such fees are entirely for profit because buyers often download tickets digitally.
