Subscriptions to Study.com
In February 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Study.com (a website offering subscriptions for online academic courses and related products) for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers resulting in consumers being charged without consent.
