Subscriptions to People Magazine

In June 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Time, Inc. and Meredith Corp. for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of subscriptions to People magazine resulting in consumers being charged without their consent. (Hall et al v. Time, Inc. and Meredith Corp., Case No. 19-cv-1153, C. D. CA.)
