Subscriptions to People Magazine

April 2020: Plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal regarding the dismissal. (Case No. 20-55354, 9th Cir.)

March 2020: This case was dismissed with prejudice.

June 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Time, Inc. and Meredith Corp. for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of subscriptions to People magazine resulting in consumers being charged without their consent. (Hall et al v. Time, Inc. and Meredith Corp., Case No. 19-cv-1153, C.D. Cal.)
