July 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against (a provider of subscriptions for website support services) for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal or continuous service offers and charging consumers without their consent. (Lira et al v. Group, Inc. and Does 1-10, Case No. 17-cv-1210, C.D. Cal.)
