Subway’s Tuna

In January 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Subway Restaurants for allegedly falsely marketing that certain sandwiches and wraps are made with tuna when, according to plaintiffs, they do not contain any tuna. (Dhanowa et al v. Subway Restaurants, Inc. et al, Case No. 21-cv-498, N.D. Cal.)
