Tennis Channel Plus

In April 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Tennis Channel for allegedly falsely advertising that the video-streaming service Tennis Channel Plus would provide subscribers access to “even more” and “exclusive” live tennis matches and tournaments without actually providing all of the content advertised. (Wilson et al v. The Tennis Channel, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-3473, C. D. CA.)
