June 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Sirius XM Satellite Radio for allegedly engaging in a deceptive bait-and-switch advertising scheme for its “Select Service” radio package by misleadingly advertising the price as $99 for three years when, according to plaintiffs, the actual price of the radio package is $68.34 for one year, bringing the actual total for three years to more than $200.
