Theater Boxes of Junior Mints and Sugar Babies

In December 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Tootsie Roll Industries for allegedly deceptively using slack-filled boxes that are half empty for its theater boxes of Junior Mints and Sugar Babies. (Iglesia et al v. Tootsie Roll Industries, LLC, Case No. 20-cv-18751, D.N.J.)
