Tide purclean Detergent

In January 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Procter & Gamble Company for allegedly falsely marketing Tide purclean laundry detergent as “plant based” when, according to plaintiffs, the detergent contains ingredients that come from petroleum. (Ogurkiewicz et al v. The Procter & Gamble Company, Case No. 21-cv-29, N.D. Ill.)
