Tips on the DoorDash App

In July 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against the food delivery service DoorDash for allegedly failing to disclose that the company keeps the tips entered into its app instead of giving them to the delivery workers as a tip for their service. (Arkin et al v. DoorDash, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-4357, E. D. NY.)
