TopCare Infants’ and Children’s Acetaminophen Medications

In July 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Topco Associates for allegedly misleadingly marketing TopCare® Infants’ Pain & Fever Acetaminophen and TopCare® Children’s Pain & Fever Acetaminophen as different products and charging more for the Infants’ medication when, according to plaintiffs, both products contain the same amount of the active ingredient acetaminophen. (Harris et al v. Topco Associates, LLC, Case No. 20-cv-4355, N.D. Ill.)
