Toyota RAV4s

In February and March 2020, two class-action lawsuits were filed against Toyota for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the fuel tanks in RAV4 vehicles hold 14.5 gallons of gas when, according to plaintiffs, the fuel tanks do not hold the represented number of gallons due to their shape. Plaintiffs also claim that the company misleadingly advertises that RAV4s will travel 580 miles on one full tank of gas when, according to plaintiffs, the vehicles travel approximately 330-480 miles on one tank of gas.
