Trader Joe’s Ts & Js Sour Gummies

March 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Trader Joe’s for allegedly misleadingly implying that its Ts & Js Sour Gummies are made with only natural ingredients by failing to disclose that the gummies contain artificial ingredients.
