Trojan Condoms “Made In USA” Claims

February 2016: This action was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice as to the named plaintiff and without prejudice as to the class members. The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.

September 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Church & Dwight for allegedly falsely marketing Trojan Magnum Ecstasy Ultrasmooth Lubricated condoms and Trojan Magnum Thin Ultrasmooth Lubricated condoms as being “Made In USA” when they actually contain foreign ingredients. (Zakinov et al v. Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Case No. 15-cv-1992, S. D. CA.)

When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled.

When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.
