The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.
September 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Church & Dwight for allegedly falsely marketing Trojan Magnum Ecstasy Ultrasmooth Lubricated condoms and Trojan Magnum Thin Ultrasmooth Lubricated condoms as being “Made In USA” when they actually contain foreign ingredients. (Zakinov et al v. Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Case No. 15-cv-1992, S. D. CA.)
