Urban Decay Lush Lash System

August 2015: This action was dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement. The settlement terms have not been disclosed.

May 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Urban Decay Cosmetics, LLC and L’Oréal USA, Inc. for allegedly marketing the Urban Decay Lush Lash System as having the ability to grow lashes by 25% in two weeks, 40% in four weeks, and 63% in six weeks when, in reality, the product cannot cause lashes to grow. (Severino et al v. Urban Decay Cosmetics, LLC and L’Oreal USA, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-3416, S. D. NY.)
