US-Mattress “100 Night In-Home Trial”

In September 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against US-Mattress alleging that the company falsely advertises a “100 Night In-Home Trial” for mattresses to make consumers think that they have 100 days to try out and return a mattress if they are dissatisfied when, according to plaintiffs, the mattresses are non-returnable. (Wheeler et al v. Bedding Pros LLC d/b/a US-Mattress, Case No. 18-cv-1739, C. D. CA.)
