Various Annie’s Homegrown Food and Beverages

In May 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Annie’s Homegrown for allegedly falsely advertising several products – including Annie’s Organic Cheesy Ravioli, Annie’s Organic Frosted Oak Flakes, Annie’s Organic Macaroni and Cheese, and Annie’s Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks – as containing “no preservatives” when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain preservatives. (Abdullah et al v. Annie’s Homegrown, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-2441, N. D. CA.)
