Various Annie’s Homegrown Products

In March 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Annie’s Homegrown for allegedly falsely marketing products – including Annie’s Spirals with Butter & Parmesan Macaroni & Cheese, Annie’s Bunny Pasta Yummier Than Ever, Annie’s Organic Cheesy Ravioli, Annie’s Organic Bernie’s Farm Fruit Snacks, and Annie’s Organic Frosted Oak Flakes – as having no preservatives when, according to the complaint, they contain preservatives, such as citric acid, ascorbic acid, and tocopherol. (Morrison et al v. Annie’s Homegrown, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-2530, S. D. NY.)
