was filed against Pepsico and The Quaker Oats Company for allegedly deceptively marketing products – including Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, and Quaker Chewy Chocolate Chip – as being healthy when, according to the complaint, the company fails to disclose that the products contain glyphosate, which is allegedly a carcinogen.
