Various Types of Pocket Hoses

A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Telebrands in April 2016. Among other things, the complaint alleges that the company misrepresents that various types of Pocket Hoses – including the Pocket Hose, Pocket Hose Dura-Rib, Pocket Hose Top Brass, and Pocket Hose Ultra – are strong, durable, and long-lasting when they actually are predisposed to leaking, bursting, seeping, and dripping. The lawsuit was transferred from state court to federal court in June 2016. (Memoli et al v. Telebrands, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-3347, D. NJ.)
