Various Windex Products

In June 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against S.C. Johnson & Son for allegedly misleadingly marketing various Windex products – including Original, Ammonia-Free, Vinegar, and Multisurface – as “Non-Toxic” when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain ingredients that are harmful to humans, animals, and the environment. (Rosenberg et al v. S.C. Johnson & Son, Case No. 20-cv-869, E.D. Wis.)
