was filed against Volvo for allegedly misleadingly marketing that a feature in XC90 vehicles called Sensus is compatible with Android Auto (an app that allows users to control and display apps from their smartphone in the car) when, according to the complaint, the cars are not compatible with the app. (Middien et al v.
