was filed against Walgreens for allegedly misleadingly marketing Infants’ Dye-Free Pain & Fever Acetaminophen and Children’s Dye-Free Pain & Fever Acetaminophen as different products and charging more for the Infants’ acetaminophen medication when, according to plaintiffs, both medications contain the same amount of the active ingredient acetaminophen.
