Walgreens Acetaminophen Medications
In August 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Walgreens for allegedly misleadingly marketing Infants’ Dye-Free Pain & Fever Acetaminophen and Children’s Dye-Free Pain & Fever Acetaminophen as different products and charging more for the Infants’ acetaminophen medication when, according to plaintiffs, both medications contain the same amount of the active ingredient acetaminophen. (Robinson et al v. Walgreen Co., Case No. 20-cv-50288, N.D. Ill.)
