Walmart’s Arm & Hammer Fresh-N-Natural Baking Soda

June 2015: This case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

January 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart for allegedly falsely marketing Arm & Hammer Fresh-N-Natural Baking Soda 1 lb package as a “3 Pack” when, in reality, the product only contains one 1 lb box. (Hernandez et al v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Wal-Mart Stores East, Inc., Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, and Wal-Mart.com USA, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-00201, D. NJ.).
