Walmart’s Craft Beers

In February 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart for allegedly falsely marketing beers – including Cat’s Away IPA, After Party Pale Ale, Round Midnight Belgian White, and Red Flag Amber – as craft beers when, in reality, the beers are not craft beers and are not produced at a craft brewery. (Adam et al v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Case No. A1700827, Court of Common Pleas for Hamilton County, Ohio)
