Walmart’s Lifetime Tire Balancing and Rotation Policy

In September 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart for allegedly representing that consumers who purchased its lifetime tire balancing and rotation policy for tires would get tire rotation and balance services every 7,500 miles for the life of the tires when, according to plaintiffs, Walmart shut down its Auto Care Centers in March 2020 and failed to provide the promised services. (Johnson et al v. Walmart Inc., Case No. 20-cv-1360, E.D. Cal.)
