The Weight of Gemstones on TheRealReal.com

In December 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed alleging that TheRealReal.com (a luxury consignment website) overstaties the weights of gemstones on jewelry without disclosing that the weights are approximate. (Basmadjian et al v. The RealReal, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-6910, N. D. CA.)
