Welch’s Light Grape Juices

In February 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Welch Foods for allegedly falsely advertising that its juices – including Light Concord Grape Juice and Light White Grape Juice – contain “No Artificial Flavors” when, according to the complaint, they contain artificial flavoring chemicals. (Augustine et al v. Welch Foods, Inc., Case No. 21-cv-332, S.D. Cal.)
