May 20, 2015: The Court grants final approval of the settlement agreement.

March 19, 2015: The Final Fairness Hearing is held in federal court.  The judge hears oral argument from both parties, as well as from TINA.org, but reserves judgment on whether or not she will approve the proposed settlement agreement.

March 4, 2015: Plaintiffs file a response to TINA.org’s opposition to the proposed settlement.

February 18, 2015: The Court grants TINA.org’s Motion for Leave to file its opposition to the proposed settlement.

February 10, 2015: TINA.org files brief as amicus curiae opposing the proposed settlement reached by the parties, as well as a Motion for Leave to file the brief.
