WellPet’s Complete Health and Core Pet Foods

In January 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against WellPet for allegedly falsely advertising its Complete Health and Core pet foods as “grain free” and containing “no wheat, corn or soy” when, according to plaintiffs, the pet foods do contain grain. (Bush et al v. WellPet, LLC, Case No. 21-cv-10059, D. Mass.)
