WEN® Cleansing Conditioners
June 2016: The Imig action was dismissed with prejudice. The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.
January 2016: Two class-action lawsuits were filed against WEN by Chaz Dean and Guthy-Renker for allegedly deceptively marketing WEN® Cleansing Conditioners. According to the complaints, the companies market the conditioners as, among other things, “gentle enough to use every day” without adequately warning consumers of the risk of significant hair loss, damage, and other injuries.
